1.Who We Are

The Ecom Ads AI Brain is sold by Hook Neural, an independent business operating online.

We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI, ByteDance, Higgsfield, Shopify or Stripe. Claude and Claude Code are products of Anthropic. We do not own those tools, sell them, or speak for the companies that make them. You are responsible for your own separate accounts and subscriptions with any third-party tool, including a paid Claude plan and your own Higgsfield credits.

2.What You Are Buying

A digital download for Claude Code: one zip with 14 skills, 9 video ad recipes, a step-by-step method, a Higgsfield manual, a swipe library of 13 reels by other creators for study only, edit and check scripts, and the Playbook. You install it in your own Claude Code with one setup prompt, and access is delivered by email right after you pay. It is not done for you, not a course, and not a video tool of its own. To make videos you need a paid Claude plan and your own Higgsfield credits; a paid ChatGPT plan is optional for still images. Built and tested on Windows; Mac is untested. Your purchase covers version 1.0 and its fixes. New versions and new recipes are part of our monthly room, sold separately.

You may also choose optional add-ons at checkout and optional upgrades after it, described below. Each is a digital product delivered online.

This is access to digital tools and instructions. It is not done-for-you work, it is not a software license to anything we do not own, and it is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

3.Pricing And Payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD), and the price shown at checkout is what we charge.

Payments are processed by Whop. Your card details go to them, not to us. By buying, you confirm the payment details you enter are yours and that you are allowed to use them.

Order bumps

At checkout you may be offered optional add-ons, sometimes called order bumps. These are one-time digital products you can choose to add to your order:

• Memory System Templates: templates that give your Claude Code a memory of your business, a digital download with a short install guide. It is not done for you. A one-time charge.
• Operator Skill Pack: 10 skills we run our agency on, a digital download you import into your own Claude Code, with a short install guide. It is not done for you. A one-time charge.
• Both together as a bundle: a one-time charge at the bundle price.

Order bumps are optional. You only pay for one if you select it before you complete checkout. The exact prices are shown next to each option at checkout.

4.Optional Upgrades And Upsells

After your first purchase, you may be offered one or more optional one-click upgrades. Your card is on file from your first purchase, so a one-click upgrade charges that card without you re-entering it. You only get charged for an upgrade if you click to accept it. If you decline, you keep your original purchase and nothing extra is charged.

Claude Code, Beginner to Advanced (one-time)

Claude Code, Beginner to Advanced: the 5-Day Claude Code Challenge on video, the VIP Day recording and its folder, and the Memory System Templates and Operator Skill Pack. You set Claude Code up on your own machine, at your own pace. It is not done for you. It is a one-time charge in USD, a single payment, not a subscription.

Claude Code, Beginner to Advanced, 2-payment option

If offered, the 2-payment option splits the same Claude Code, Beginner to Advanced into two scheduled payments in US dollars instead of one. You get the same access. The second payment is charged to your card on file on its scheduled date. This is a split of the one-time price, not a recurring membership.

Our monthly room (recurring, monthly)

By accepting the monthly room offer, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your card on file each month at that rate until you cancel.

5.Refunds

Everything sold on these pages is a digital product, delivered by email the moment you buy. Because these are digital products delivered right away, our starting position is that all sales are final. This covers the brain, the order bumps, the upgrades, and the digital tools, files and recordings.

For the recurring monthly room, canceling stops the next month's charge. Canceling does not refund a month that has already been billed.

6.Results Disclaimer

We share the recipes and the method we use for AI video ads in our own work. What you make with them depends on your products, your work and your ads.

Nothing on this page, in the ads, on the sales pages, or in the products themselves is a promise of any specific result, income, growth, or outcome. We do not guarantee that you will reach any particular level of success. Any example, case, or number we share reflects our own experience or someone else's, and is not a typical or expected result for you.

Building skills and applying them takes effort, time, and your own judgment. Your results are your own.

7.Acceptable Use

When you buy and use these products, and any community, you agree to:

• Use the products for your own business.
• Keep your access links, files and recordings to yourself. Access is for one person, the buyer.
• Treat other participants, hosts, and staff with respect. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or harmful, without a refund.
• Follow the rules and terms of any third-party tool you use, including Claude Code, Higgsfield and any account you hold with their makers.

You may use the brain, its recipes and its scripts in your own business. You may not resell, share or post the files. You agree not to use the products to break any law or to harm anyone.

8.Intellectual Property

All of the content we create, including the brain, its skills, recipes and scripts, the recorded lessons, templates, tools, skill packs, written materials, and the funnel pages themselves, is our property or is used by us with permission. It is protected by copyright and other rights.

When you buy, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own business. You do not get ownership, and you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish them.

Third-party names and marks, including Meta, Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI, Seedance, ByteDance, Higgsfield, Shopify and Stripe, belong to their owners. We name them only to say what our products work with.

9.Limitation Of Liability

We provide the products and their materials on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your purchase or your use of the products.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the products is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service the claim relates to.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10.Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the last-updated date at the top. Your continued use of the products after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones posted at the time you bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
